The Bioinformatics Research Group at the Faculty of Mathematics operates as an integral part of the project 144030 - Automated Reasoning and Advanced Processing of Large Amounts of Data and Text. The project is financed by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development of Republic of Serbia. The project manager is Predrag Janičić.

The group is active in different fields of bioinformatics, including research of advanced data processing techniques and their application to biomedical data.

Members

The group consists of members of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Mathematics, and the (*) Institute of General and Physical Chemistry.
